Well, the rumor mill just keeps on churning on this one.
It's appearing more and more likely that Netflix is seriously looking into acquiring the rights and bringing a return to Jericho.
According to TV Guide, (I know this article is from a couple months ago, but this article is now resurfacing on a lot of blogs):
Repeats of Jericho remain popular on Netflix's on-demand service, even four years after the show's cancellation. Insiders say Netflix execs would love to emulate the revival of Fox's Arrested Development, which is expected to return on Netflix with new episodes in 2013, seven years after the show ended its run. Like Arrested fans, Jericho's are a passionate bunch: CBS renewed the post-apocalyptic show for a second season in 2007 after viewers bombarded the network with cases of peanuts.
I honestly think that Jericho fans might be some of the most passionate fans I've come across on the Internet in the past few years. It's fascinating to see what types of things people can get accomplished when people try hard enough to get things done.
If Jericho fans continue to fight, I think that it's only a matter of time until we see a return of the show on Netflix Instant.
What do you think? Do you think that Netflix should revive Jericho?
